Really Reliable Bookkeeping provides professional bookkeeping and accounting support for small businesses, which may include but is not limited to:
The specific services, deliverables, pricing, and scope for each client engagement are defined in a separate written service agreement or proposal. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall take precedence for that specific engagement.
You agree to provide Really Reliable Bookkeeping with accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to perform the agreed services. This includes, but is not limited to, bank statements, receipts, invoices, login credentials for accounting platforms, and timely responses to questions. Delays caused by incomplete or late client-provided information may result in timeline adjustments and are not the responsibility of Really Reliable Bookkeeping.
All pricing is outlined in your individual service agreement. Fees vary based on the complexity of your books, the volume of transactions, and the scope of services requested.
Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your signed agreement. Work may not begin or continue until applicable payments are received unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Accounts that are 14 or more days past due may result in a pause of active work until the outstanding balance is resolved. Really Reliable Bookkeeping reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable Louisiana law, whichever is less.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 10 business days of the charge date at (225) 283-5843. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Really Reliable Bookkeeping will make every reasonable effort to respond to client inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours. Response times may vary based on current workload, project volume, and time of year (particularly during peak tax periods).
Clients are encouraged to reach out via email for detailed questions or document sharing, and by phone for time-sensitive matters. Really Reliable Bookkeeping will confirm the best method of communication at the start of each engagement.
If you wish to cancel services, please provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed may be refunded at the discretion of Really Reliable Bookkeeping, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Any deposit paid to begin a new engagement is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Really Reliable Bookkeeping reserves the right to terminate a client engagement if the client provides fraudulent, materially false, or misleading financial information; engages in abusive conduct toward our team; or otherwise materially breaches these Terms. In such cases, payment for all work completed to date remains due.
